terms of service

these terms govern your use of karnstack.com and the karnstack platform (“karnstack”, “we”, “us”). by creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. if you do not agree, do not use the service.

karnstack provides online technical courses, written companions, quizzes, and “build your own x” projects, including starter repositories and verified credentials. the content is for your own educational use.

authentication is handled by our identity provider. you are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. accounts are for a single person and may not be shared.

access to paid content requires an active subscription (monthly, quarterly, or annual) or a one-time lifetime purchase. recurring plans renew automatically until you cancel; you keep access through the end of the period you paid for. payments are processed by our third-party payment provider, and we do not store your full card details.

if you are not happy, email us within 7 days of a purchase and we will refund it, no questions asked.

while your plan is active (or permanently, for a lifetime purchase) we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the course content. you may not share, resell, redistribute, scrape, record, or publicly repost course videos, written content, or quizzes, and you may not share account access.

byox starter repositories are public templates you may fork and use under the open-source license stated in each repository. your fork is yours. credentials are issued from verified test runs in your own repository. you agree not to tamper with the verification flow or misrepresent results.

all course content, text, video, graphics, and the karnstack name and marks are owned by karnstack or its licensors. except for the licenses that apply to byox templates, nothing in these terms transfers any of our intellectual property to you.

you agree not to misuse the service, attempt to breach its security or access controls, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

we may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms. you can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of your current period.

the service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. we do not guarantee that the content is error-free or that it will meet your specific goals.

to the maximum extent permitted by law, karnstack is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

we may update these terms. material changes will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date. continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

these terms are governed by the laws of india, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
